Melissa brings two decades of experience in finance and sales strategy in addition to a technology degree focused on multimedia communications. She has a deep understanding of customer experience, process improvement, team development, strategic planning, marketing, sales and performance in high-accountability environments. She specializes in helping emerging leaders build confidence and strengthen clarity by aligning personal growth, practical strategy and meaningful results. Her coaching is grounded in the belief that lasting professional success begins with self-awareness, intentional leadership, and the ability to navigate change with both insight and resilience.

Her background includes Financial Success Coaching through Creighton University’s Heider College of Business, as well as leadership of Omaha’s local chapter of Mentor Connect. Her passion is in helping individuals develop not only professional capability, but also the confidence and perspective needed to chart the path ahead with purpose.
